Contributions summary:INA appears to be primarily focused on enhancing the core functionality of the el-get package manager by introducing features and improving existing aspects. Their work includes creating a wrapper (`el-get-bundle.el`) to simplify the usage of El-Get and integrating it, and also making adjustments to the build system. This involves changes to the `el-get.el` file and updating configurations to support the new `el-get-bundle` and the recipes used. The user also updated the license, which means they may be the primary maintainer.
