Senior🎓
Top SchoolIngars Ribners is a versatile programmer and system analyst with 10 years of professional experience designing and delivering embedded, backend, and enterprise systems from Riga, Latvia. He has hands-on expertise with ESP32/STM32 firmware (C, MicroPython, FreeRTOS), backend services (Python, Java Spring), and databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle/PLSQL), often translating complex domain and business processes into clear functional requirements. His work spans research-grade autonomous vehicle control systems and resilient V2X communications to practical "smart" road devices and IoT platforms, evidencing both academic rigor and product-focused engineering. Ingars contributes to open-source tooling—adding a PostgreSQL schema generator and improving an Erlang server module for the OpenAPI Generator—showing a taste for cross-language, infrastructure-level problems. He has led subprojects and small teams, combining development, testing and documentation to deliver integrated solutions. Unusually for someone with deep embedded experience, he pairs device firmware work with server-side form design and integration, bridging the gap between hardware and user-facing services.
