Top SchoolIngrid Godefroy-lepidi is a senior consultant in digital transformation and public innovation, currently leading the structuring and expansion of the NOMAD service at the French Ministry of Armed Forces. With four years of focused experience in state startup deployment and a long-standing background in strategic program management, she blends public-sector rigor with startup agility from roles at beta.gouv.fr, ALCEBIA and as Managing Director of Arts et Métiers Acceleration. She designs deployment strategies, customer experiences and agile project delivery while bridging corporates, startups and public institutions to drive tech-enabled services. Trained at HEC Paris and CNAM in strategic management and finance, she is equally comfortable coordinating large infrastructural reforms and mentoring early-stage founders. A less obvious strength is her track record moving between municipal redevelopment, market modernization and digital service scaling—evidence of an ability to translate complex operational constraints into sustainable innovation programs.
