Isaac Martin is a project engineer focused on accelerating Australia’s transition to true-zero carbon, combining nine years of hands-on experience across renewable energy, electric vehicles, and interdisciplinary research. Currently developing Windlab’s Australian energy projects, he brings practical skills in GIS, proprietary resource modelling, and project lifecycle delivery informed by prior roles designing solar arrays and leading ANU Solar Racing. His research background with the ANU School of Cybernetics and summer work on solar-to-hydrogen give him a systems-thinking approach to techno-social challenges. Isaac is committed to equitable, fast decarbonisation and to making EVs and renewables more accessible, and he pairs community leadership experience with technical proficiency to turn ambitious climate goals into deliverable projects.
