Top SchoolIsac Souza is a senior software developer and DevOps specialist with 14+ years building and operating complex, cloud-native and on-premises systems across telecommunications, embedded/mobile, and SaaS domains. He blends hands-on engineering (Python, Java, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Kubernetes) with technical leadership—having led migrations to GovCloud for ITAR compliance, standardized company-wide DevOps practices, and served as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff advising executive teams. Comfortable as both individual contributor and manager, he drives CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation while mentoring teams and aligning execution with business goals. Early work across Erlang, C++ and Android apps gives him practical depth in systems, performance testing and native integrations that informs robust architecture decisions.
