Top SchoolIsai Alcântara is a backend software engineer from Brazil with nine years of experience and a strong specialty in building high-throughput, reliable systems using Elixir, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and Kafka. At Stone he delivered mission-critical platforms for card disputes, fraud prevention and biometric authentication, leading cross-functional efforts, live migrations under heavy load, and AI-enabled detection pipelines with direct business impact. He values simplicity, maintainability and performance, and is pragmatic about choosing best-fit tools beyond his Elixir expertise.
