Top SchoolIshita Mehta is a software engineer with eight years of hands-on experience building scalable applications and data systems, now on the engineering team at Microsoft in Seattle. Her background blends object-oriented development (Python, Java, C#, C++) with data engineering skills—SQL, Snowflake, AWS and Azure—enabling her to design APIs and pipelines that turn raw data into actionable insights. She progressed through multiple roles at Fidelity International from intern to SDE II and complemented that with graduate study at USC, where she also led student organizations focused on inclusion and internal affairs. Comfortable with machine learning, EDA, and scripting, she pairs production-grade engineering with exploratory data work and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset. A longtime collaborator across internships and co-ops, she brings both enterprise software experience and a penchant for practical data-driven solutions that improve product decision-making.
