Top SchoolIslam Temirbek is a pragmatic mobile engineering leader with 9 years of experience scaling and delivering high-quality iOS and cross-platform apps from startups to banks. Currently Head of Mobile at Zimran, he has a track record of building banking-grade security features, modular codebases, and internal dependency ecosystems used company-wide. He led platform improvements that cut time-to-market by 30% and instituted stable release and QA practices across multi-country teams while still contributing hands-on code when needed. His background spans deep technical work (Objective-C-to-Swift migrations, backend-driven UI, CI/CD) and strategic roles shaping architecture, hiring, and project estimation. Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, he combines product-minded engineering with practical security measures like jailbreak/root detection and remote-access detection uncommon in typical app teams. Colleagues describe him as proactive, goal-oriented, and equally comfortable setting process as he is shipping features.
