Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolIsmael García is the founder and CEO of Kairoi, an AI ethics and research governance consultancy, with six years of cross-sector experience shaping responsible AI practices for organisations including NGI, the Alan Turing Institute, NASA and the UN. He combines philosophical training in the social sciences and business management with hands-on governance work—designing ethics review frameworks, delivering workshops, and embedding values-driven mechanisms across teams and products. His background spans fintech sales, HR in cultural institutions, academic research and public-interest projects, giving him a rare ability to translate abstract ethical principles into operational processes that protect participants and scale across departments. Known for a client-centric, inclusive approach, he has published and coordinated programmatic research (including a ModelShare preprint) and advised on public-good AI reports and courses internationally.
