Top SchoolIsrael Ogbole is a pragmatic technology leader and founder with 11 years’ experience building cloud-native observability and performance products, currently scaling zymtrace to make GPU and CPU profiling accessible across modern stacks. He blends deep engineering roots—from Java and backend performance work to eBPF-based profiling—with product leadership honed at Elastic and Cisco, where he shipped universal profiling, cloud monitoring, and tagging features from beta to GA. Customer-centricity and data-driven decision making guide his work, and he has a track record of turning complex telemetry into actionable recommendations that drive revenue and retention. An MBA candidate with advanced telecom and cloud certifications (CKAD, GCP Architect, Terraform), he uniquely bridges low-level performance optimization and go-to-market strategy. Notably, he led the open-sourcing of an eBPF profiling agent into the OpenTelemetry ecosystem, reflecting a commitment to frictionless observability and community impact.
