Top SchoolItalo De Oliveira is a data visualization and storytelling specialist and creative front-end developer with 11 years of experience and six years focused on bridging data, design, and interactive web development. Based in Rio de Janeiro, he combines strong foundations in data analysis and engineering with mastery of front-end tools—TypeScript, Svelte, React, D3.js and Tailwind—to craft pixel-perfect, data-driven interfaces and BI dashboards. He has led end-to-end dashboard redesigns and KPI platforms at scale (Localiza, Nokia), turning complex metrics into clearer narratives for both operational teams and executives. Comfortable in Figma and familiar with Power BI/Tableau, he also prototypes advanced visual experiences and is experimenting with WebGL (PIXI.js, THREE.js) to boost performance for dense, 3D data graphics. Known for translating designers’ visions into data-powered products, he often shapes project constraints to meet deadlines without sacrificing clarity or impact. He currently splits his time between creative frontend work at his studio and a data storytelling role at Brazil’s Ministério da Cultura.
