Top SchoolIvan Bachynin is an Architect Software Engineer based in Kyiv with a decade of experience building web and distributed systems and applying data science to real-world problems. He progressed from junior ML engineer to software engineer and now leads architecture at NDA, while also co-founding a startup (Career Partner) that sharpened his product and business-facing engineering instincts. Holding a master's and pursuing PhD-level work in computer science from Taras Shevchenko National University and the Institute of Cybernetics, he blends rigorous academic depth with hands-on system design. Ivan is comfortable across the stack—designing scalable back-end architectures, orchestrating distributed services, and leveraging ML where it adds value—and is known for turning research insights into production-ready solutions. An understated strength is his ability to bridge technical complexity and practical deployment, making trade-offs that keep systems reliable under real constraints.
