Senior🎓
Top SchoolIvan Bondarenko is a Business Process Excellence Manager with 11+ years of hands‑on experience turning messy enterprise data into automated, governed insights that drive operational performance. He architects end‑to‑end data flows and process mining solutions (Signavio, SAP, Power BI) and writes the scripting and integration glue in Python, JavaScript and DAX to make process intelligence production‑grade. Known for high ownership and cross‑functional influence, Ivan blends deep analytical rigor with pragmatic automation—from VBA-era Excel add‑ins to modern OData/PBI integrations—to shorten reporting cycles and increase transparency. He has led multi‑country SAP ByDesign implementations, built analytical DWH/ETL solutions, and defined workflow governance strategies that improve reusability and control. Based in Sydney, he thrives on ambiguous, complex challenges and often surfaces value through clever scripting and lightweight apps that non‑technical teams can immediately use.
