Entrepreneur at Quantly AI
London, England, United Kingdom
Summary
👤
SeniorIvan Kavalerov is a founder and CTO with 11 years of experience building ML-driven products and startups, currently steering Quantly to accelerate financial research with GenAI. He combines hands-on engineering and product leadership from prior CTO/CEO roles (Neo AI, Poem, Cloudblocks) with enterprise product experience at Onfido and Ably, shipping regulated medical AI and real-time infrastructure products. Ivan has deep applied-ML and LLM expertise—having led Kheiron’s first CE-marked cancer-detection product and prototyped performance-optimized ML kernels that dramatically improved TensorFlow efficiency. Based in London and backed by Entrepreneur First, he is fluent in moving research-grade models into production while aligning teams across product, regulatory and go-to-market. Not obvious from titles: he blends low-level optimization (C/Python/TensorFlow) with product strategy, enabling both technical breakthroughs and commercial traction.
