Top SchoolIvan Korhner is a Staff Software Engineer with 11+ years building distributed, fault-tolerant systems and petabyte-scale data platforms. He blends deep technical design—streaming architectures, end-to-end ETL, and multiple data modeling approaches—with a strong emphasis on solving business problems rather than chasing tech for its own sake. Ivan has driven technical direction at scale, from founding a multitenant data platform for a game analytics startup to leading centralized data engineering and live-ops streaming at Nordeus. Recently he shaped the control plane for a managed WordPress service with millions of users and now continues to influence platform strategy at Nutanix. Colleagues rely on him to distill vague requirements into pragmatic architectures, and he’s equally comfortable toggling between hands-on implementation and high-level system design. Based in Belgrade, he pairs a pragmatic engineering mindset with a knack for translating product needs into robust, observable systems.
