Senior🎓
Top SchoolIvan Pauletti is a Lead Product Designer based in São Paulo with 12 years of experience blending UX strategy, design systems and front-end engineering for fintech and healthtech products. He has led design chapters and raised organizational design maturity at Mercado Bitcoin and now shapes product experience at Chainalysis, with deep domain knowledge in crypto, trading platforms and multi-platform products. Comfortable switching between user research, prototyping and front-end proof-of-concepts, he pairs hands-on implementation skills (React/AngularJS) with strategic discovery and cross-functional negotiation. Ivan’s background as a developer and early infrastructure administrator gives him a systems-minded approach to design operations and tooling. He champions scalable design systems and research ops, and often bridges the gap between Product Managers and engineering to turn complex flows into usable, consistent experiences.
