Top SchoolIvijan-stefan Stipic is a senior lead developer and founder with over a decade of hands-on experience architecting scalable PHP/JS/MySQL web systems and APIs. He currently leads product and technical direction at TOORLY while running a creative web studio, INFINITUM FORM®, combining CEO-level strategy with deep implementation skills. A long-time security advocate and CMS/API builder, he prioritizes durable architecture decisions that prevent systemic failures rather than chasing scale. Beyond commercial projects, he builds tools and educational platforms for child safety and missing-person reporting, reflecting a unique blend of technical craft and social impact. His background ranges from embedded electrical engineering to full-stack web leadership, giving him an uncommon systems-minded perspective across hardware, software and community initiatives.
