Summary
👤
SeniorIvo Costa is a seasoned software leader with nine years of professional experience and a deep hands-on background across backend and frontend stacks, including C#/.NET, Django/Python, Node/NestJS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue. As Director of Development Services at Creative Capsule, he blends strategic oversight with practical system architecture skills he honed previously as System Architect and long-tenured team lead. He has progressed through roles from junior developer to project manager and director, giving him a pragmatic understanding of delivery, team scaling, and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Goa, India, he pairs a coder’s curiosity—summed up by his "coder for life!" GitHub bio—with leadership that keeps projects grounded in maintainable, testable code. Notably, his career includes sustained contributions to a single firm (Creative Capsule) over multiple roles, reflecting strong institutional knowledge and adaptability. He is comfortable bridging product needs and technical execution to consistently ship full-stack solutions.
