Top SchoolIzaak Sofer is a CTO and founder with 11 years of experience building products, engineering teams and go-to-market platforms across health, education and consumer startups. Currently splitting his time between platform development and teaching at Founders and Coders, he combines hands-on architecture with curriculum design to scale technical talent and AI training. He has repeatedly founded and led early-stage ventures—shipping a ticketing system that handled over £70M in sales, architecting market-ready platforms with seed funding, and productising behavioural-nudge research in health. Comfortable moving between code, team-building and strategy, he has a knack for turning research-led ideas into practical products and engineering processes. Based in London, he augments his practice with formal educator training at The Alan Turing Institute and immersive programming study at Recurse Center, which informs his focus on developer learning alongside product delivery.
