Senior🎓
Top SchoolIzuchi Ngozi is a Full Stack Engineer with 12 years of experience specializing in React and TypeScript, known for turning tight deadlines into shipped, user-friendly products. He has shipped frontends and decentralized apps across startups and global teams including GitStart (YC S19), WorkMotion, and Five Lives, and often pairs UI craft with Web3 integrations to boost security and reduce processing times. As a freelance lead he mentors engineers, coordinates cross-functional QA workflows, and consistently delivers 95% of projects on time and under budget. His hands-on work includes building advanced authentication flows and integrating smart contracts, demonstrating both product sensibility and systems thinking. Based in Nigeria, he brings a designer’s eye—photography and videography influence his insistence on polished UX as much as solid logic. He’s most energized by disciplined, world-changing teams and pragmatic shipping.
