Senior🎓
Top SchoolJair Souza is a Senior Software Engineer from Paraíba, Brazil with 11 years of experience building backend systems and full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and modern observability tools. He has delivered production services across fintech and proptech — from Open Banking APIs at PicPay and card/payment integrations at PagSeguro to customer self-service and WhatsApp chatbot platforms at QuintoAndar, where he later pivoted into mobile and Flutter work. Comfortable across the stack, Jair blends backend reliability with hands-on mobile development (iOS/Android) and scripting in Python for ML-related integrations. He’s experienced in API design, data security and real-world monitoring with Instana and Kibana, and often bridges product and engineering through technical refinement and sprint leadership. Based in Brazil and self-described as a full-stack developer, he brings pragmatic craftsmanship and a willingness to learn new languages and domains to solve cross-functional problems.
