Top SchoolJakke Korpelainen is a Helsinki-based Lead Developer with 11 years of professional experience and two decades of programming practice that began around 2003. He currently leads a core banking Loan Origination team at OP Pohjola, bringing deep practical knowledge of web-focused full‑stack systems and enterprise integrations. His background spans consultancy and hands-on roles across fintech and digital services, with a long toollist from Typescript/React and Node.js to Go, Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data systems like Postgres and Kafka. Jakke pairs architectural thinking with day-to-day delivery—mentoring teams, designing APIs, and shipping resilient systems in regulated environments. He’s comfortable switching between high-level design and low-level implementation, a trait honed by early self-employment and varied consulting engagements. A practical polyglot developer, he’s especially strong at turning complex banking requirements into maintainable, testable web platforms.
