Senior🎓
Top SchoolJakub Dlugolecki is a Distinguished Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and operating large-scale observability and automation systems for AI and bare-metal datacenter platforms. He has a track record of cutting build times dramatically and automating complex deployments—most notably reducing builds from hours to under an hour using NUMA-aware in-memory VMs and Yocto pipelines. At Intel he built out-of-band telemetry at 1k+ server scale, authored custom collectors that read thousands of SoC registers via BMC/PECI, and architected hub-and-spoke telemetry for global AI clusters. He favors pragmatic, GitOps-driven engineering and blends low-level hardware RAS knowledge (DDR, UPI, BMC telemetry) with cloud-native tools like Kubernetes, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Kafka and Elastic. Now at Graphcore he’s focused on scalable diagnostics and low-level monitoring for AI compute platforms, bringing both firmware-level insight and observability architecture experience to production-grade systems. Based in Gdańsk, he pairs deep systems expertise with a penchant for automating tedious operational work into reliable, auditable pipelines.
