Top SchoolJakub Dyszkiewicz is a Staff Software Engineer with 11 years’ experience building highly available, scalable distributed systems and service mesh platforms. He led the engineering of Kuma and Kong Mesh at Kong, helping turn an experimental CTO initiative into the company’s second largest revenue source and expanding the team from 2 to 8 engineers. Previously at Allegro he architected large-scale Envoy-based mesh and control-plane components serving thousands of data planes and hundreds of thousands of RPS, and contributed resilient platform libraries used company-wide. Jakub prefers public-facing products, enjoys deep technical exploration under the hood, and frequently engages with customers and the open-source community to drive product improvements. He is Warsaw-based, remote-only, and asks for project or role overviews before considering offers—reflecting a pragmatic focus on impact and fit.
