Top SchoolJames Gibson is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building full-stack, production-grade web systems and DevOps for SaaS and operations-heavy businesses. He splits his time between backend optimization (Meteor/Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, HAProxy, Docker) and crafting user-facing interfaces used by executives, customers, and non-technical drivers, having driven a company-wide migration that increased online sales from 10% to over 55%. At Fame Intelligence he manages Meteor/Node deployments and SAP integrations, while earlier roles show a track record of rebuilding legacy systems, improving auditability, and delivering reporting and communications integrations. Fluent in Spanish and with years living and working in Peru and Bolivia, he brings cross-cultural communication skills and a practical focus on user-centered solutions. James pairs a builder’s mentality and continuous-improvement mindset with certifications and systems-level experience—comfortable from server rooms to customer-facing UI.
