Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJamie Smith is a product marketing leader with 11 years of experience specializing in platform and developer tooling, currently directing product marketing for Cytactic to help organizations operationalize cyber incident response. He previously shaped go-to-market strategy and technical messaging at Snyk and Elastic, driving analyst recognition, product-led growth, and clear developer-facing communications for observability and software supply chain security. Jamie combines deep technical fluency from early solutions-architect roles with a talent for "explaineering"—translating complex security and cloud-native concepts into actionable positioning, enablement, and incident comms. He’s recognized internally as the go-to writer for high-severity vulnerability communications and has pushed rigor into KPIs and OKRs to measure funnel impact. Based in Matthews, NC, he pairs hands-on technical background (MS/BS in Computer Science) with a knack for turning developer needs into market-ready products.
