Top SchoolJan Kaiser is a Senior Software Engineer with a 15-year career building robust, user-focused systems—from industrial operator interfaces to data-intensive financial tools—currently based in Prague and active at This Dot and as a PhD researcher in biomedical informatics. He co-founded 7divs and has a proven knack for turning messy requirements into pragmatic architectures that balance technical debt with shipping priorities. Full‑stack by practice, Jan blends frontend UX sensibilities with backend engineering, informed by earlier roles in UX consulting and creative frontend development. Colleagues call him when things are "unclear," reflecting his strength in clarifying ambiguity and creating actionable plans. His background in cognitive informatics and ongoing PhD work gives him a rare perspective on how technical choices affect product outcomes over time.
