Top SchoolJan Kampling is a Product Owner and Digital Manager based in Münster with 11 years of experience translating print-heavy publishing workflows into efficient, semi-automated digital production systems. He combines deep craft knowledge in prepress and media design with hands-on automation—building InDesign JavaScript scripts and XML-driven workflows that scaled legal book production and transformed editorial processes. At LV digital he now steers product and operational improvements, while running two niche media ventures that keep him close to journalism, PR and customer-facing communications. His background spans tooling, template and script maintenance, WordPress and workflow administration, giving him rare end-to-end fluency from typesetting to digital publication. Colleagues value his practical, process-first approach: he improves quality and throughput by marrying technical automation with editorial needs. A detail that sets him apart is the blend of owner-level entrepreneurial experience with deep, production-facing scripting expertise rather than purely managerial product work.
