Senior🎓
Top SchoolJan Silbersiepe is a versatile software leader and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building web and location-intelligence applications and now co-founding Botbakery to create practical AI products and kinetic art installations. Based in Berlin, he blends hands-on TypeScript full‑stack engineering with product management and design thinking training from HPI, enabling him to turn complex spatial data problems into polished customer-facing solutions. As former Engineering Manager at Targomo he shipped scalable GIS-backed services using PostGIS, Node, Angular, ngrx and containerized CI/CD workflows while mentoring teams. Jan pairs a maker’s mentality—evident in his quirky “Typing Typescript on my Typewriter” GitHub persona—with a pragmatic focus on value creation rather than tech for its own sake. He is comfortable oscillating between strategy and code, from technical product integrations to running his own freelance practice. Outside of product work he experiments with interactive art projects like Antonio Bot, signaling a creative approach to human-centered AI.
