Top SchoolJane Pak is a mission-driven leader with over 20 years of experience designing strategy, development, and cross-sector partnerships to support refugees, education, and community resilience. As Co-Executive Director of Refugee & Immigrant Transitions and a longtime board chair, she blends systems thinking with hands-on program building to grow sustainable practices and cohesive interdisciplinary teams. Her work is shaped by rigorous academic training—EdD, MA, MBA, and a BMath—and practical roles across nonprofit, government, and international trade that enable her to translate complex policy and funding landscapes into operational impact. Known for privileging dignity and multi-generational stories of displacement, she brings a rare combination of scholarly insight and street-level empathy to organizational strategy.
