Top SchoolJason Haffey is an engineering leader with 15+ years of hands-on software and cloud experience and over seven years in management, currently shaping cloud banking solutions at nCino after leading FullCircl through acquisition. He specializes in .NET/C#, Azure architecture, and microservices migrations that have served 500+ financial institutions, and has repeatedly scaled teams (5→22+) while driving Waterfall-to-Agile transformations that trimmed delivery times by ~40%. Jason pairs strategic architecture and product alignment with practical process work—introducing C4 diagrams, tech-debt tracking integrated into sprints, and AI tools like Claude.AI and Cursor.AI to speed delivery and reduce defects. Across HealthTech, FinTech and MarTech he’s delivered SaaS refactors, backend modernizations, and achieved consistent OKR performance (≈85% quarterly success). He also brings entrepreneurial energy as a co-founder of consumer ventures and maintains a pragmatic focus on developer productivity and long-term maintainability.
