Jayen
Software Engineer
Summary
👤
SeniorJayen Ram is a founder and engineering leader with a decade of experience building product-led startups and scalable systems across health tech and consumer platforms. As Co-Founder of Claim Health he’s tackling the broken revenue infrastructure in post-acute care, having previously been a founding/lead engineer at a stealth startup that raised a $16.5M Series A and led engineering at Roger. His background spans 0→1 product development at Facebook and early-stage technical leadership at Dandy and Hebbia AI, blending hands-on coding with data-driven product tuning. A Stanford CS graduate with an AI concentration and recent participation in YC’s X25 program, he pairs technical depth in backend and systems work with a founder’s instinct for go-to-market problems. Jayen is comfortable moving between machine-scale engineering and healthcare operations, and brings a pattern of turning complex, regulated revenue flows into pragmatic, shippable software. Based in New York, he also engages in developer relations, reflecting an interest in evangelizing technical platforms beyond core product work.
