Senior🎓
Top SchoolJean Dannemann is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with a strong Java pedigree and 17 years of experience across Java, JavaScript, C/C++ and PHP. He has spent the last several years architecting and shipping backend services and microservices using frameworks like Micronaut, Grails and Spring, and deploying on Docker and Azure with observability via Micrometer, Prometheus and Grafana. His career spans enterprise and product-focused engineering at companies including IBM, SAP Hybris, Certisign and now BairesDev, where he combines legacy integration experience (SOAP, JAX-WS) with modern RESTful and cloud-native practices. Comfortable across the stack, he brings hands-on database experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle and a history of driving projects from architecture to delivery. Colleagues value his pragmatic approach to performance and reliability, informed by earlier low-level work in C++ and real-time systems. He pairs deep technical breadth with consistent delivery in distributed, observability-first environments.
