Jeffrey H
Training Support Engineer at SpecterOps
Vista, California, United States
Summary
🤩
RockstarJeffrey H is a pragmatic training support engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience spanning cloud infrastructure, video delivery, and observability across AWS, Elastic, and Comcast environments. He blends deep operational troubleshooting (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, SSO/SAML, and media codecs) with documentation and automation skills—authoring runbooks, KBAs, deployment scripts, and Bash/Python tooling that reduce escalations and speed recoveries. At AWS Elemental he served as the escalation SME for complex VOD workflows, and at Elastic and AWS he helped customers migrate and operate large-scale search and analytics platforms. Jeffrey is equally comfortable in runbooks and run-time: he traces issues through code repos to drive developer fixes while also mentoring teams and delivering training. Based in Vista, CA, he brings a rare mix of broadcast media expertise and cloud-native systems knowledge that helps bridge product, support, and engineering.
