Top SchoolJeffrey Wieland is a Principal Technical Product Manager with over 15 years in programmatic advertising, currently leading product and data engine efforts at Magnite from Bozeman, Montana. He blends deep ad-tech systems experience (Atlas, DSP/SSP architectures, SOA, Kafka/Aerospike) with product strategy, having helped scale AddThis into a 4x revenue exit and now shaping industry identity and privacy through Prebid. As chair of Prebid’s Identity & Privacy Product Marketing Committee and an original architect of SharediD, he pairs technical design with privacy-first product instincts. Jeff’s background spans hands-on solutions engineering, APIs, and large-scale data products at Verizon and Microsoft, giving him a rare mix of pre-sales, integration, and platform leadership. He holds a master’s in Management Information Systems and is known as an ad-tech veteran and privacy enthusiast who still volunteers time to open-source governance. A Chesapeake Bay native turned Montana resident, he brings both startup scrappiness and enterprise discipline to complex ad-tech problems.
