Top SchoolJenifer De Figueiredo is an experienced community and program manager with 8+ years building engaged ecosystems for AI, MLOps, and data science tools, currently leading the DVC transition into lakeFS. She combines a Microsoft Professional certification in Data Science with a rare mix of creative design, marketing, and operational discipline—skills honed while growing Iterative.ai’s community by 260% and managing cross-functional content, education, and product release programs. Comfortable both as a connector and an independent executor, she has driven measurable growth across channels (notably 1001% LinkedIn and 479% mailing-list increases) and translated community signals into product and go-to-market insights. Her background running a family office and creative studio gives her pragmatic financial stewardship and design sensibility that inform scalable community programs. Active in nonprofit leadership as a former treasurer for Diversity in Data Science, she pairs mission-driven work with data-informed decision making to broaden access in the AI ecosystem.
