Top SchoolJens-kristian Krogager is an astronomer and researcher with nine years of experience probing the chemical evolution of galaxies in the distant universe. Based in Lyon and affiliated with CNRS, CRAL and the Niels Bohr Institute, he combines observational analysis from world-class facilities with custom Python modelling and statistical tools to extract physical insights from large datasets. His work spans postdoctoral projects across leading European institutes and a current CNRS position that includes on-site collaboration in Chile, reflecting strong experience with international telescope campaigns and survey data. He routinely translates complex spectroscopic measurements into constraints on gas enrichment and galaxy evolution, and has served in representative and teaching roles, bridging research and community engagement. Colleagues know him for blending rigorous astrophysics with practical software development to push studies of high-redshift interstellar media.
