Top SchoolJesse Erbach is a people-first design leader with two decades of experience crafting and shipping data-rich digital products, currently leading product design for Milliman IntelliScript’s IntelliScript platform and Irix suite. He blends deep UX strategy, research, and design system stewardship with hands-on front-end engineering (React/Next.js/HTML/CSS) to bridge design and development and reduce delivery friction. Jesse mentors and builds collaborative design teams, prioritizing usability, explainability, and clinical defensibility in highly regulated insurance and healthcare workflows. He’s driven end-to-end product work—from discovery and prototyping to validation and production—while owning a company-wide React component library that scales across markets. Prior to Milliman he ran a successful design consultancy serving clients like Bosch and HBO, where he combined KPI-driven UX strategy with implementation. Based in the Greater Chicago Area, he’s known for turning complex clinical and business requirements into auditable, usable experiences that accelerate decision-making.
