Top SchoolJesus Almaraz is an Automation Platform Technical Architect with nearly a decade at IBM designing cloud-native, GitOps and event-driven architectures for Fortune 500 clients across regulated industries. He combines hands-on engineering—having created IBM’s original Microservices Reference Architecture and led enterprise GitOps and Kafka-based solutions—with customer-facing roles in solution design, CSM engagement, and field enablement. His work has driven major revenue motions, produced published reference assets, and scaled best-practice deployments across multi-cloud OpenShift and Kubernetes environments. Based in Madrid, he pairs deep platform expertise with a people-first approach to mentoring and enablement, frequently translating complex architectures into repeatable, production-ready patterns. An early-career background in transportation systems and hands-on DevOps/testing gives him practical empathy for operational realities often overlooked by architects.
