Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolJin Lin is a Lead Business Analyst with 8 years of experience, currently driving Gen AI strategy and tooling at Ufinity in Singapore to enable secure, locally resident LLM usage across the organisation. He combines product-led thinking with hands-on technical chops—from prototyping React Native and blockchain-backed mobile apps at KPMG to automating deployment and reporting workflows earlier in his career. Jin has led cross-agency digital public goods like Singapore’s Student Learning Space and national upskilling platforms, balancing policy goals, user needs and technical feasibility to produce reusable platform components. He’s pragmatic about responsible AI, building RAG and LLM-driven solutions for automated test generation and learning while safeguarding data confidentiality. A self-taught programmer and design-minded analyst, he enjoys automating tedious tasks (as his GitHub bio admits) and translating that curiosity into practical efficiency gains. Colleagues rely on him for problem discovery, stakeholder alignment and turning strategic vision into operational tooling.
