Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoakim Gustin is a founding software engineer and engineering leader with 14 years’ experience building scalable systems at startups and scaleups across Sweden. He thrives in high-impact early-stage projects, most recently helping found Cerve to digitalize the food supply chain and previously leading teams and release processes for Einride’s autonomous driving software. His hands-on background spans embedded Linux, Go, cloud architectures (GCP), full-stack web systems and continuous delivery, with end-to-end ownership from Yocto-based HMI to cloud integrations. A pragmatic manager and servant leader, he has led chapters, engineering teams and release operations while still contributing as an individual engineer. He co-founded Evolve Labs, organized the Gothenburg Go meetup since 2017, and often steps into roles that combine technical depth with product and operational responsibility. Based in Gothenburg and grounded in Chalmers technical training, he blends entrepreneurial grit with a long track record of shipping complex, production-grade software.
