Top SchoolJoão Ariedi is a Software Engineering Manager with 16 years in tech and over nine years leading teams to build secure, high-scale systems—from a 2M+ deploys rebuild to an EDR platform managing 1M+ devices per customer. He blends system design, security-first architecture (mTLS, post-quantum readiness) and test-first engineering to translate product needs into reliable, production-grade software. A hands-on architect and mentor, he consistently grows engineers into leaders and maintains >90% retention through ownership and disciplined XP practices. João also builds AI-driven developer tooling—authoring an open-source multi-LLM framework and Spec-Driven Development workflows—and frames the AI/engineer relationship through a Turing-inspired reaction-diffusion lens. Based in São Paulo, bilingual and entrepreneurially minded, he runs a private Proxmox homelab for 80% of his daily apps and teaches MBA students data analytics and BI.
