He builds AI Agents as a Service (AaaS) and end-to-end ML systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, combining LangChain, Anthropic/OpenAI models, Bedrock/AgentCore, and vector databases to deliver context-aware, self-optimizing infrastructure. Joel has led multi-tenant platform designs using Terraform, Kubernetes, and zero-trust security to support 10,000+ tenants at 99.99% uptime while reducing deployment time by 70%. Equally comfortable in Python and Go, he embeds MLOps best practices—CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and explainability—into production pipelines. Based in Taguig, he blends data center and Cisco networking expertise with modern cloud fabrics to automate operations that not only scale but think and adapt.
