Top SchoolJohannes L is an MSc-qualified HW/SW engineer and associate based in the Greater Munich area with seven years of cross-disciplinary experience spanning tactical communications, mobile device analysis, and consulting for government and defense clients. He blends technical fluency from roles at Rohde & Schwarz with strategic exposure gained during internships at the Federal Foreign Office and BwConsulting, enabling him to translate complex technical requirements into policy-aware solutions. Comfortable in both hands-on engineering and advisory settings, he has worked on government-focused telecom analysis projects and supported consulting teams across public-sector engagements. His academic background in international business and business administration from WHU and LMU, with study stints in the UK, brings a rare combination of technical engineering and commercial acumen. Colleagues value his ability to operate at the intersection of hardware, software and stakeholder-driven constraints.
