Top SchoolJohn Thachil is an Associate Director of Product Design with 11 years of experience crafting digital banking products, design systems, and user-centered interfaces from Bengaluru. He has advanced through senior design roles at PayU and Zoomcar, leading initiatives like Lazycard, subscription products, and company-wide design system platforms that bridge product strategy and engineering. Equally comfortable sketching flows and shipping front-end components, he blends a designer’s eye with coder instincts—“designer by day, coder by night”—to deliver pragmatic, production-ready solutions. His background in computer science and hands-on work across startups and enterprise fintech gives him a rare mix of technical fluency and product leadership.
