Summary
👤
SeniorJonas Eriksson is a Staff Software Infrastructure Engineer with 14 years of experience building and operating robust Linux-based systems and embedded platforms, specializing in integrating open source and in-house software. He has deep hands-on expertise across C, Rust, Python, Erlang and shell scripting, and a strong grounding in virtualization (Xen, KVM, LXC) and libvirt-driven orchestration. Jonas has led teams and platform initiatives at Saab and Ericsson, stabilized and cloud-migrated critical services using Ansible and Terraform at FossID, and now supports FossID technology integration at Snyk. Based in Falun, Sweden, he combines systems architecture instincts with day-to-day engineering, often reducing manual ops through automation and pragmatic design. An uncommon strength is his long-term stewardship of Linux platforms—from server distributions to Yocto-based embedded builds—bridging product R&D and production operations.
