Top SchoolJordan Pagels is a seasoned development lead with over a decade of hands-on software engineering and team leadership experience, currently building immersive streaming experiences in the metaverse from Denver. He has a strong track record driving product and process improvements in high‑traffic, highly regulated environments—most notably leading video and streaming engineering efforts at MLB Advanced Media that supported hundreds of thousands of daily users and special-event scale. Equally comfortable in frontend design and backend architecture, he has shipped custom video players, GraphQL-based search transitions, and cross-platform UIs while coaching QA and cross-functional teams.
