Top SchoolJordi Rebull is an R&D Robotics Software Engineer with 11 years of experience based in Barcelona, blending hands-on development, product ownership and research in industrial robotics. Currently at ERNI working within ABB Robotics, he leads the Dynamic Assembly Pack 2.0 while building real-time visual servoing C++ systems, multi-threaded communication stacks (Protobuf, OPC UA, custom TCP/UDP) and robot programs in RAPID. His background spans autonomous vehicles, drone autonomy and embedded systems—where he has taken on CTO-level responsibilities designing electronics, ROS-based computer vision and cross-platform integrations on Nvidia Tegra, Raspberry Pi and Pixhawk. Comfortable moving between low-level robot controllers and user-facing interfaces (WPF, LabVIEW), he pairs academic training in robotics and computer vision with practical product delivery for industrial and medical projects. An engineer who routinely combines firmware, vision and mechanical thinking, Jordi excels at turning research prototypes into production-ready robotics software.
