Top SchoolJorge León is a Lead Developer based in Santiago with 10 years of experience building robust web applications, specializing in PHP backend development and Laravel. He combines strong OOP and TDD practices with hands-on database design (relational and some non-relational) and server management to deliver reliable, production-ready systems. Experienced as a project and team lead, he has managed cross-functional teams, acted as Scrum Master and BA, and overseen full software lifecycles from requirements to QA and automated tests. His background in philosophy and a master’s in logic gives him a structured, analytical approach to problem solving and requirements modeling that informs clear architecture and maintainable code. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs Vue.js and modern frontend tooling with solid backend APIs and ETL workflows for business-focused solutions.
