Senior🎓
Top SchoolJörgen Damberg is a seasoned software testing specialist and consultant with over 25 years of hands-on experience and nine years formally counted in recent roles, having contributed to more than 100 projects across performance testing, test automation and test process improvement. Based in Stockholm, he combines deep technical know-how with practical leadership—running large-scale QA transformations for banks, telecoms, government agencies and retail (Swedbank, Telia, IKEA, ICA, AstraZeneca). An award-winning advocate for the testing profession (TestZonen Stora Testpriset 2014, Sogeti TestExpo SUPERGURU 2023, SIGIST Test Excellence 2025), he also serves on the SAST board and mentors teams on tooling, strategy and non-functional testing. Known as a “testing nerd” who admits to being a mediocre coder, he uniquely bridges practitioner-level experimentation with strategic advice, often authoring workshops and training to upskill organizations.
